SynMax Labs

Not every question we get has a method behind it yet. Labs is where those go. It is a small amount of our time set aside for the detection and attribution problems that sit just outside what the platform can answer today.

The work is mostly unglamorous: testing whether a signal holds up across enough cases to trust, throwing out the approaches that only worked on the example that inspired them, and occasionally finding something that does hold. When a method survives that, it stops being a Labs project and becomes part of a product.

We do not publish a roadmap for it, and most of what we try does not ship. It is here because it is genuinely part of how the products get better, and because the customers who bring us the hardest questions tend to be the reason a Labs project starts.
